Need the architectural design for the Hospital project .(Hadassah Medical Centre Simcobk, Yaoundé Cameroon) The hospital is in two part Riverside Campus , which is what we are working on now Then the Lake side Campus which host the emergency unit, the paediatric hospital, the tissue bank , bood transfuion centre, research.the imaging department The two are linked by an over head steel bride at second floor I am the owner Dr.Sammy the design budget talk privately .we shall discuss and come to an agreed fee with designers. the whold project budget fund From, banks, investors and donors supporting our projects.(Sourcing financing for the construction of the project: 2027.) hospital name :Weccare foundation-Hadassah Hospitals Cameroon (WF-HHC which is the Parent Body). Mission: Build modern hospital that response to international standards: 300- 500mBreds capacity. we plan 3 major project and phash 1. the first part is of hospital on the The RIVERSIDE CAMPUS. (MAIN HOSPITAL CAMPUS) 4982sqm (CENTRE DE BIEN-ETRE R+5 PHAMACIE CENTRALE R+5 GUERITTE BATIMENT ADMINISTRATIF R+5 CENTRE D'OXYGENE MAINTENANCE GROUPE ELECROGENE CENTRE TECHNIQUE R+5 CHAPEL CONSULTATION) 2.The second part of the hospital on the lakeside campus 3.The third is building for the university institute 4 building.(4000sqm) the hospital has two sites (lakeside Campus and Riverside Campus) separated by a 9-10-meter-wide road bordered at its far end by a little stream called EZALLA.(pls check the video) Both sides are reclaimed swamp land, reclamation started in 2016. Lake side Campus is about 6000mters sq while Riverside Campus is about 8000 meters sq. (extensions have been made to original plans. Lake Site Campus host the University Training Institute (School) and Part of the hospital services (I will detail later). This piece of property also has about 1500 meters sq of hard, non-swamp, non-reclaimed good land. The RIVERSIDE CAMPUS. (MAIN HOSPITAL CAMPUS) It should have several interlinked 4-5 -story buildings.
