Design Description:
The project covers a land area of 1,100 square meters, planned to be developed into a business hotel (upper-middle scale, equivalent to a 3-star hotel). Please refer to the drawings for the surrounding conditions of the project. A full-package designer is required to provide comprehensive design services including landscape design, architectural design (covering professional fields such as water, electricity, water supply and drainage, fire protection, etc.), and interior design. The building is planned to have 5 floors with a total land occupation of 1,100 square meters. Designers who are interested in this project are requested to contact me with their design portfolios and quotations. Please also specify in detail the services and drawings included in the proposed fees. On-site resident services are not considered at this stage. Designers who can provide resident services shall list the travel expenses separately. Requirements The designer must have full-package design experience. All submitted drawings shall be in full English and comply with international standards. Be earnest and responsible, with strong problem-solving capabilities. Language Proficiency Oral Communication: English is preferred; Arabic and Chinese are pluses. Standards may be relaxed for designers with outstanding design capabilities. We have business dealings with our client, connecting them with design firms and handling coordination between the client and designers. The client is the owner of this hotel project. 2. We have already acquired land; currently, there are seven such plots. Only one plot has been started. It is currently vacant land. The geological report is available. Some documents cannot be uploaded at this time; interested designers can send them later. 3. In the later stages, the designers will communicate directly with the client. We only handle preliminary coordination until the designer and client establish trust and cooperation.
