plan build the first phase first . this first phase budget is two million USD. but budget is open .
after finished the first phase then can begin the second phase and third phase .
We have experience developing low-rise apartments, but this is our first time developing a high-rise project like this, so we need an experienced designer.
We previously hired a local designer to do a design for us, but I wasn't satisfied and it needs to be redone.

The project is a high-rise mixed-use development located on an approximately 0.9-acre site in
Bugolobi, Kampala. It comprises a four (4) floor commercial podium and a twenty (20) floor residential
tower above, forming a landmark urban lifestyle hub integrating retail, offices, medical, entertainment,
and residential uses.
• Development Typology: Podium-and-tower configuration.
• Planning Considerations: Traffic management, parking provision, and service access are critical due
to the urban Bugolobi location.
